齒輪油泵適用于輸送多種有潤滑性的液體,溫度不高于70℃,如需高溫200℃,可配用以實際報告為主材料,粘度為5×10-5~1,5×10-3m2/S。本泵不適用于輸送腐蝕性的、含硬質顆粒或纖維的、高度揮發或閃點低的液體。
1、經常加脂,電動油桶泵為運轉,潤滑脂易于揮發,故需要使軸承處的潤滑能保持清潔,并注意添換。
2、齒輪油泵經常檢查維修,電動油桶泵應經常檢查,維修,須檢查電源線:內接線,插頭,開關是否良好,絕緣電阻是否正常,刷尾座是否松動,換向器與電刷接觸良好,電樞繞級擴定子繞組是否是有適中斷路現象,軸承及轉動零件是否的損壞等等。
3、保存好每零件和調換相同零件,在拆檢齒輪油泵時,應保存好每個零件,要注意隔爆零件的隔爆面、拉毛包括絕緣襯墊及套管不能使其損傷,如有損壞,需要調換上新的相同零件,不得采用低于原材料性能的代用材料或原有規格不符的零件,裝配時應將零件按原先位置裝好,不能遺漏。
4、齒輪油泵注意絕緣電阻,長期擱置不用的或在潮濕環境中使用的電動抽液泵,使用前需要用500伏兆歐表測量繞組的絕緣電阻。如繞組與電機殼間絕緣電阻小于7兆歐時,需要對繞組進行干燥處理。
5、注意保存電動抽油泵應放于干燥,清潔和沒有腐蝕性氣體的環境中。
(1)齒輪油泵使用禁忌,從齒輪油泵維修和養護的角度看。在使用中,嚴禁向齒輪油中加入柴油等進行稀釋,也不要因影響冬季起步而烘烤后橋,變速器,以免齒輪油嚴重變質。如果出現這種情況,應換用低粘度的多級齒輪油。
(2)信守合同能用普通齒輪油泵代替準雙曲面齒輪油。
(3)不要誤認高粘度齒輪油的潤滑有力的。使用粘度太高標號的齒輪油,將會使燃料消耗顯著增加,也不利于齒輪的用心服務及維修養護,特別是對高速轎車影響大的,應盡可能使用合適的多級齒輪油。
(4不要混淆機油和齒輪油的SAE分類標號。在計算標準中為避免混淆,規定為高的分級標號用在齒輪油上,低的分級標號用于發動機潤滑油。但對于舊牌號齒輪油分級號較低。應注意齒輪油泵和發動機油粘度級別并無聯系,同型號不能互用。切不可將齒輪油當發動機油使用,否則發動機將會發生燒瓦,粘缸和燒結活塞頂等嚴重事故。
(5)合理使用齒輪油泵有利于齒輪維修保養。齒輪油的使用時間較長,如使用單級油,在換季維護時換用不同的粘度標號。放出的舊油如不到換油期限,可在再次換油時加車使用。舊油應妥善保管,嚴性能穩定分,機械雜質和廢油污染。
(6)加油量應適當。油量應適當,不可過多也不可過少。過多不僅增加攪油阻力和燃料消耗,而且有可能齒輪油經后橋殼混入制動鼓(如果密封不良)造成制動失靈;過少會使潤滑不良,溫度過高,加速齒輪磨損,會對齒輪維修造成不利影響。齒輪油面一般應加到與齒輪箱加油口下緣平齊,且應經常檢查各齒輪油箱是否滲漏,并保持各油封,襯墊完好。
(7)適時換油。應按規定換油指標換用新油,無油質分析手段時,可按規定期限換油。

The power cord shall be checked: whether the internal wire, plug and switch are in good condition, whether the insulation resistance is normal, whether the brush tail seat is loose, whether the commutator is in good contact with the brush, whether the armature winding is expanded, whether the stator winding is moderately open circuit, whether the bearing and rotating parts are damaged, etc.
3. Keep each part and replace the same part. When disassembling and inspecting the gear oil pump, keep each part well. Pay attention to the flameproof surface and roughening of the flameproof parts, including the insulating gasket and casing. If they are damaged, they need to be replaced with new identical parts. Substitute materials lower than the performance of raw materials or parts inconsistent with the original specifications shall not be used. During assembly, the parts shall be installed according to the original position without omission.
4. Pay attention to the insulation resistance of gear oil pump. For electric liquid extraction pump that is not used for a long time or used in humid environment, it is necessary to measure the insulation resistance of winding with 500V megohmmeter before use. If the insulation resistance between the winding and the motor shell is less than 7 megohm, the winding needs to be dried.
5. Note that the electric oil well pump should be stored in a dry, clean and non corrosive environment.
(1) The use of gear oil pump is taboo, from the perspective of gear oil pump maintenance and maintenance. During use, it is strictly prohibited to add diesel oil to the gear oil for dilution, and do not bake the rear axle and transmission because it affects the starting in winter, so as to avoid serious deterioration of the gear oil. If this happens, use low viscosity multi-stage gear oil instead.
(2) Abiding by the contract can replace hypoid gear oil with ordinary gear oil pump.
(3) Do not mistake high viscosity gear oil for powerful lubrication. The use of gear oil with too high viscosity grade will significantly increase the fuel consumption and is not conducive to the careful service and maintenance of gears. Especially for high-speed cars, appropriate multi-stage gear oil should be used as much as possible.
(4) do not confuse the SAE classification number of engine oil and gear oil. In the calculation standard, in order to avoid confusion, it is specified that the high classification number is used for gear oil and the low classification number is used for engine lubricating oil. However, the classification number of old brand gear oil is lower. It should be noted that the viscosity grade of gear oil pump and engine oil is not related, and the same model cannot be used with each other. Gear oil must not be used as engine oil, otherwise the engine will burn, Serious accidents such as sticking cylinder and sintering piston crown.
(5) Rational use of gear oil pump is conducive to gear maintenance. The service time of gear oil is long. If single-stage oil is used, different viscosity grades shall be used during seasonal maintenance. If the oil is not replaced, it can be refilled when the oil is replaced. The used oil shall be kept properly, and its performance shall be strictly separated from mechanical impurities and waste oil pollution.
(6) The amount of refueling should be appropriate. The amount of oil should be appropriate, neither too much nor too little. Too much oil will not only increase the oil stirring resistance and fuel consumption, but also the gear oil may be mixed into the brake drum through the rear axle housing (if the seal is poor), resulting in brake failure; Too little will cause poor lubrication, too high temperature, accelerate gear wear, and adversely affect gear maintenance. Generally, the gear oil level shall be flush with the lower edge of the oil filler of the gear box, and the gear oil tank shall be regularly checked for leakage, and all oil seals and gaskets shall be kept intact.
(7) Change the oil timely. The oil shall be replaced with new oil according to the specified oil change index. If there is no oil quality analysis means, the oil can be replaced according to the specified period.
